How does emotion affect the accuracy or intensity of a memory? We’ll talk this hour with Dr. James L. McGaugh, director of the Center for the Neurobiology of Learning and Memory at the University of California, Irvine and author of the book “Memory and Emotion: The Making of Lasting Memories” (Columbia University Press, 2006). Dr. McGaugh will speak at tomorrow’s 2011 UT Dallas Neuroscience Conference, hosted by the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences.
