April 19, 2012
Hour 2: What should we be eating and how are food manufacturers, diet promoters, federal policies, and corporations exerting influence over what ends up on your plate? She’s also the co-author of the new book “Why Calories Count: From Science to Politics” (University of California Press, 2012).
