Hour 2: Who was the real Ann Richards and how did she change Texas and national politics? We’ll talk this hour with filmmaker Keith Patterson, whose film “Ann Richards’ Texas [1]” kicks off the 25th Annual Dallas VideoFest [2] at the Dallas Museum of Art this evening. We’ll also talk with VideoFest executive director Bart Weiss about what’s new and what has changed in two-and-a-half decades of producing the festival.
