    In his book, The End of Overeating, Former FDA Commissioner David Kessler suggests we’re grooming legions of unhealthy, overfed and under-nourished citizens by virtue of the marketing of sugar, fat and salt. Add to this the now commonplace practice of sampling – Costco, Central Market, etc. – and we’re also eating unconsciously — and all the time. What’s Mr. Moss’s take on this? Many thanks.
