We’ll take an in-depth look at capital punishment in Texas this hour with Jennifer Laurin [1], professor at the University of Texas School of Law. She led a two-year American Bar Association study called “Evaluating Fairness and Accuracy in State Death Penalty Systems: The Texas Capital Punishment Assessment Report [2].”
