What to watch this week, June 9-15

Television 557

This week marks the premiere of a popular British police drama and the return of several popular programs from earlier this year. As mentioned in our most recent post, Midsomer Murders crosses the pond to premiere on KERA this Thursday. The series will run on Thursdays at 8:00pm but will kick off with a special two-hour edition this Thursday beginning at 7:00pm. Both parts of FRONTLINE: United States of Secrets will rebroadcast on Tuesday, shedding light on how the U.S. government came to monitor the communications of millions of Americans.

If you haven’t seen the new concert specials from Andrea Bocelli or Celtic Thunder, don’t miss the encore performances this weekend. Tune in to each program to get tickets to see Bocelli or Celtic Thunder when they visit North Texas later this year. The tickets for Celtic Thunder are EXCLUSIVE to KERA.
