Five thousand years ago, the Stone Age residents of Scotland’s Orkney Islands built a massive complex of ornate, sandstone buildings. We’ll talk this hour about the structure that predates its more famous English cousin with Roff Smith. He writes about “The First Stonehenge” in the August issue of National Geographic.
