Internship – Think/Anything You Ever Wanted to Know

North Texas Public Broadcasting (KERA) is seeking a student intern to assist with the daily production of our radio programs, Think and Anything You Ever Wanted to Know. Think airs Monday – Thursday from noon to 2pm. Anything You Ever Wanted to Know airs Fridays from noon to 1pm.

The Think/Anything intern would work 10 to 15 hours a week to assist the production team with various tasks and duties related to production and will report directly to the senior producer. This internship opportunity with KERA is an unpaid opportunity and no compensation will be given. To qualify for an internship with KERA the individual must be currently enrolled full-time as an undergraduate; have completed his/her freshman year; be returning to college or currently be a full-time sophomore, junior or senior, and be carrying a minimum of 12 credits per semester. Written documentation from the college stating the intern’s undergraduate full-time status must be received before the internship begins. Internship opportunities may be from six weeks to multiple semesters. It is preferable that the intern opportunity is for class credit.
