		<description>Building a new Kimbell wing on the lawn wouldn’t delete (or require) any new parking, but putting it on top of the current parking lot certainly would. That plan probably would have to include a parking garage.</description>

		<description>Museum of Fine Art in Houston went under the street to connect two of there buildings.  They let james Turrell design the underground walkway.  very cool.
