There are so many great cultural venues in the city, but that seems to be one area where it's lacking. If you build it, they will come! I can't imagine that either will ever be widely released, but both were well-done and sparked much conversation afterward. So from that perspective, I'm thankful that there was a local film festival that showed them. Based on my first experience there, I will definitely make plans to attend more of the Lone Star Film Festival next year!
