I caught the show for the first time last night. I used to listen to KERA, because I loved the eclectic blend of music. I stil have the KERA Sounds Sessions CD featuring Amsterdam. It was a delight to hear that fun blend of music on the radio again, and I will make every effort to catch you on Sunday nights.

Oh, and as a suggestion for helping me out on the odd song, look for Ethel Smith – queen of the Hammond Organists (she was a featured artist) playing her signature tune Tico Tico. She discovered it in argentina listening the back alleys and it was her regret that she didn’t copyright it as it would have made her rich! Always beautifully attired and with a lot of skill you can see her play the chart on youtube.
