I loved your commentary ~ I have been dreaming of doing something like this in my backyard for my son ~ more than just style and convenience ~ the way you spoke about the communal type of community you had to adjust to to make this work I feel is very important and vital if people, particularly of this nation are ever going to move to sustainability ~ from the get go I was struck by what you had to say in and around this topic ~ about happiness ~ 85% is a good goal! ~ thank you ~ I have been struggling with that for well my whole life and keep expecting the worry and “unhappiness” to dissipate as the decades roll by ~ thank you for sharing and I look forward to reading your book :)
