KXT's Summer CutDALLAS/FORT WORTH: KXT 91.7 FM, in partnership with Live Nation, presents KXT’s Summer Cut: The Happy Funtime Fest summer concert event on Saturday, June 1, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. at the Gexa Energy Pavilion. Headlined by the roots-rock band The Avett Brothers, KXT’s second annual summer kick-off festival also features the electric, hard-rockin’ Grace Potter & the Nocturnals and a stellar lineup of national artists, including Matt & Kim, Dawes, Hayes Carll and Milo Greene, with local acts RTB2, Oil Boom, The Orbans, The Roomsounds and Fate Lions.

In addition to the all-star music lineup, The Happy Funtime Fest also will feature The Art&Seek Village and popular local food trucks. The Art&Seek Village, presented by, will feature a variety of handmade goods from local artisans, including EcoArmoire, Dowdy Studio, Hari Mari, Ornamental Things, Roving Style and Sugar Derby. Food trucks will also be on site with a variety of options during the performances. The gourmet eats will include Easy Slider, Dough Boys Pizza Truck and Ssahm BBQ.
