Programming Changes on KERA News

KERA News 200

KERA News is excited to add the following programs to its weekend schedule, starting January 15:

The Arts Hour

Saturdays at 10pm

Join BBC host Nikki Bedi as she dives into arts, culture and entertainment stories from across the globe. Listeners will hear broadcasters around the world reporting on the best arts stories, personalities and more.

Left, Right and Center

Sundays at 2pm

Listen for an hour-long political show covering tough, divisive issues through calm, civility and clarity. Host David Greene invites panelists from all sides of the aisle to bring a wider spectrum of viewpoints.

Notes from America

Sundays at 5pm

Join host Kai Wright to explore the unfinished business of our history, and how we break its grip on our future. This live, call-in show is produced out of WNYC, and explores challenging topics through civil and thoughtful dialogue. Listeners are invited to be part of the conversation at wnycstudios.org.

With the addition of these programs to our schedule, Throughline, Selected Shorts or The Pulse wil no longer be part of the weekend lineup. However, you can still listen to these shows via podcast or in each show’s achives. Additionally, some of your favorite programs may have new or even additional timeslots.

And over on the weekdays, Think with Krys Boyd will air from noon to 1pm every weekday. Here & Now will air from 11am-noon and 1pm-3pm. On Point will join the lineup, weekdays at 9pm. Hear from Krys and the team about these changes here!

Our team is continuously listening and evaluating our schedule to ensure you are receiving the highest quality radio possible! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
