KERA Speaker Request Form

If you’d like a staff member at KERA, KXT or WRR to participate in your event as a speaker, moderator, emcee, or panelist, please fill out the form below.

Requests must be submitted three months prior to the date of your event. A request for KERA talent is not a guarantee of KERA staff being available to appear. Review the requirements before submitting your request:

  Speaker request requirements

  • Requests must be submitted three months prior to the date of your event.
  • There are no fees for KERA/KXT/WRR talent participation, however they may be limited in their availability for rehearsals, pre/post activities, meetings, etc.
  • You should have an alternate speaker or plan in place in the event of emergency news or a station disruption that requires the talent elsewhere.
  • If requesting an emcee, a final script is required a minimum of one week prior to the date of the event. If the script is not received, KERA reserves the right to withdraw participation from the event.
  • Minimum audience age requirement is school-aged children+.
