Chef Joey Allette of Scotch & Sausage will give a demonstration Saturday afternoon.

For this week’s Art & Seek Spotlight, we’re celebrating all things Irish at the North Texas Irish Festival at Fair Park in Dallas. This year’s Celtic cultural extravaganza features pipers from all over the world including Carlos Nunez who brings a Latin flair to his piping performances. Irish food, dancing, and storytelling are also on the agenda.
