In the days since a gunman shot five police officers in downtown Dallas, group after group has called for a new kind of conversation. Thirty miles north, this conversation has been going on for months. KERA sat down for lunch recently with two Frisco residents – the assistant police chief, who’s white, and the black pastor of a predominately African-American church.
