Paul Quinn College


Paul Quinn College was originally founded in Austin, Texas on April 4, 1872. The college was created with apurpose of educating freed slaves and their children. In the year of 1877 the college moved from Austin to Waco, Texas. Following the last relocation in 1990, Paul Quinn remains the only HBCU in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
